Offer & Valuation

After you find the right property, make an offer. If your offer is accepted, the agent will draft an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), which the mortgage advisor should review. Pay the valuation fee, and we’ll handle the rest.

Final Payment

We will review your valuation report and final offer letter. After our advice on the amount, you can set up a mortgage bank account. Keep the Manager’s cheque and bank-required life insurance, just in case. Secure an NOC from the developer and a liability letter. We’ll choose a day to transfer the property to you, and you’ll get your keys!
